Terms of Service

By installing the LastSold Chrome extension, creating an account at lastsold.app, or using any part of our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LastSold (“LastSold”, “we”, “our”).

LastSold is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to identify trading cards (Pokemon TCG and sports cards) from images and provides one-click access to publicly available pricing data on third-party marketplaces such as eBay and 130point.

LastSold is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokemon Company, Topps, Panini, eBay, Whatnot, Vinted, or any other trading-card brand or marketplace.

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your password and credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity on your account.
• Be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

LastSold is offered as a monthly recurring subscription with four tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page on lastsold.app and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us (via our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Because monthly subscriptions are short-term and cancellation is available at any time, we generally do not issue prorated refunds for partial months. You retain access to your plan until the end of your paid period.

For billing errors, accidental duplicate charges, or technical issues that prevented you from using the Service, contact support@lastsold.app within 14 days of the charge for a refund review.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models.
• Use the Service to violate any third-party terms (e.g. scraping eBay beyond their permitted limits).
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.
• Submit images you do not have the right to use.
• Abuse the Service to overwhelm our infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The LastSold extension, website, and branding are owned by LastSold and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business use during your subscription.

Trading-card images you snip remain your property (or that of their original rights-holders). We do not claim ownership of any user content.

Pricing information is sourced from public third-party marketplaces (eBay, 130point). LastSold provides this data “as is” for reference only. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of pricing data for any purpose, including buying, selling, or valuing trading cards. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information surfaced by LastSold.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastSold's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or fail to pay.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will email account holders at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
